Dr. Ram Seshadri is a fellowship-trained hepatobiliary and pancreas surgeon who performs complex and minimally invasive procedures to treat benign and malignant diseases of the liver, bile duct, pancreas, stomach and duodenum. He has additional experience in abdominal organ transplantation of the liver, kidney and pancreas. Dr. Seshadri offers the latest surgical techniques, including histotripsy for liver tumors. Histotripsy is a new noninvasive treatment for liver tumors that doesn’t require any incisions or radiation. Dr. Seshadri also offers patient-centered care using evidence-based medicine and current best practices. He firmly believes in a multidisciplinary approach to help patients achieve timely treatment goals and help them maintain their quality of life. Dr. Seshadri is the Junior Surgeons Chair for the Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (AHPBA). In this role, he is shaping the future of hepatobiliary surgery by creating initiatives to support and retain the next generation of surgeons.
