Description

Shea Gerstenmaier is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). She obtained her board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Shea earned her master's degree in nursing from Western Connecticut State University. Before this, Shea practiced as a Registered Nurse within Nuvance Health for 6 years with the Pulmonary and Sleep Department. In addition, Shea worked for 1 year at St. Vincents Medical Center as a float nurse throughout the hospital. Shea's APRN training included pulmonary medicine, infectious disease, and primary care. Shea prides herself on being compassionate and diligent when it comes to patient care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her children at sporting events, running, hiking and being outdoors.
