Very pleasant service providers, came on time as scheduled, but wasnt given an ETA,, which at this time wasn't necessary, because I was home.....the last service I was also not given an ETA, and that was an issue because I was not at home but close by and needed the ETA, overall so far, being a new customer, I am pleased with your service, and hope I will continue to be....I also would like to keep the schedule provided in my contract to be expedited as per said schedule...the last service person name was Josh told me that a service was missed, and that a service was owed to me, I would like this to be checked according to my contract and know exactly what service was not done, thanks, Carol salisbury, Carmel, new york

In first year the grass has become noticeably thicker. Must stay on top of the weeds (crab grass) - you can call and they'll schedule a revisit to spray the weeds - starting the service earlier in the spring next year and having a thicker lawn should handle the weed problem. When I started the program my expectation was two year for noticeable results

Very good and responsive organization - have added to our contracted services of the years. Have found it is best to talk directly with the Danbury office versus the corporate phone number. Apple app also helpful when scheduling services.

TruGreen was great this season the i didn't have to remove any ticks from my three dogs, the mosquitoes were considerably less then before they came. The applications they did really helped with that. Each time they came out i spoke to the technicians they were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

TruGreen is a great service. They leave helpful notes after the service is completed (including recommendations), and also will come back and do retreatments if for any reason you are not satisfied. They also have the convenience of paying by credit card, and offer a discount for paying for the season upfront.

Employees are extremely cordial and knowledgeable. They usually come in early morning so they don't disturb you. As I get up early I have often been able to chat with them. Great company that stands by their promises.

(5) If you want a weed free

If you want a weed free green lawn this is what makes that happen. I bought my home in June and the yard was filled with clover and weeds. I signed on with Tru Green and they explained the process they would use to turn my grass around. I was patient and the program worked and my lawn now is gorgeous! I plan on continuing their service and enjoying a thick grassy lawn!

(4) With the full program

With the full program, my lawn and trees/shrubs are looking better every year. This isn't a lawn program to make 100% difference in 1 year, but after 3 years, I have a really nice lawn at about the same cost as if I would have had to buy, schlep and administer it myself. The difference is that I have my precious time and my lawn benefits from professional applications from a knowledgeable company.

I would recommend true green to my friends and family. They do a wonderful job at keeping my lawn green and weed free. They stand behind ther product and if unhappy will come out and reapply there product. Thank You True Green

My experience has been very positive. I moved into a new home in July and the lawn was 80% weeds. Even with the late start Tru Green got the yard under control. The representatives were very friendly and explained the value of each treatment. I am very satisfied with their service and will refer them to friends!

Severals years back lawn was in pretty bad shape, mostly weeds, now only complements from neighbors. The aeration and overseading seems to do a good job, and I like the detailed report on each visit. Truly happy with the service

However, I added 3 of my neighbors as customers for you in Mahopac, NY and I was told I was should receive a $50 dollar gift card for each recommendation. However, I needed additional information but none was provided. I would appreciate receiving an email with instructions unless I am suppose to receive it in the mail.
